The online store www.thebluver.com is operated by the company Legionchoice Lda, VAT number 518156150, registered with the Commercial Registry Office of Vila Real – Portugal. Additional business details are available upon request for legal or regulatory purposes.

Scope and Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and sale of products through Bluver’s online store, available at www.thebluver.com, as well as browsing and use of the website.

Products and Prices

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT at the applicable legal rate. Bluver reserves the right to change prices at any time. The valid prices are those displayed at the time of the order.

Orders

To place an order, the customer must correctly fill in their details. The order is only considered valid after payment confirmation.
Bluver reserves the right to cancel orders in case of technical error, out-of-stock items, or suspected fraud.

Payments

We accept payments by credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, MB WAY, and other options available at checkout. Payments are processed in a secure environment.

Shipping

Orders are shipped within a maximum of 2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on the destination address. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Right of Withdrawal

Under Portuguese Decree-Law No. 24/2014, customers have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving the order, without needing to provide any reason. To exercise this right, the customer must notify their intention via email to info@thebluver.com

The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, in its original packaging, including all original accessories or extras received and with any included gifts. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of product defects.

Exchanges and Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Damaged or defective products must be reported immediately. Once received and verified, a refund or exchange will be processed according to the customer’s preference.

Warranty

All products are covered by a 2-year legal conformity warranty, in accordance with Portuguese law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the website (including images, texts, logos, and the Bluver brand) is the exclusive property of Bluver (operated by Legionchoice Lda) and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Bluver is not responsible for any unintentional errors in content, including pricing or availability, and reserves the right to update information at any time without notice.
