At BLUVER, we want you to have the best experience possible. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product under the following conditions:

Free Returns

We want you to love your Bluver hammock. That’s why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee — no questions asked.

If you're not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it, even if there’s no defect. The product must be in like-new condition, with all original tags and packaging.

⚠️ Important: If the returned item shows signs of use or is not in like-new condition, we reserve the right to:

  • Deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund, and charge additional shipping fees if a replacement item needs to be sent back to you.

  • We’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
  • Once received and inspected, you’ll get a full refund via your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different item, you must return the original product and request a refund. Then, place a new order with the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
