Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at BLUVER. We work to ensure your order arrives quickly, safely, and with the lowest possible environmental impact.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, there might be slight delays in dispatch. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
However, shipping is free when you order two or more hammocks — no code needed.

Once shipped, orders are delivered within a maximum of 3 days in Portugal. For other EU countries, delivery may take up to 7 days.

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and local taxes.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow the delivery in real time.

Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate and complete. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or absence at the time of delivery, reshipping fees will apply. We are not responsible for delays, returns, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
